Principles

Our brothers will act as stewards of the Earth and leaders in their communities. We seek men of expertise in every field so that we may combine our knowledge and abilities to enact even greater good as a unified and motivated team.

Any resources we collect as an organization will be redistributed to enrich the lives of our members as a whole, returned to the earth, or invested into public good projects which allow humans to empower themselves and reach their potential.

Our leaders lead by example. Our leaders are only leaders because their actions have proven them worthy of being followed and people choose to follow them. If members do not agree with the trajectory of the community they are free to respectfully voice their opinions at any time.

The only “-ism” we embrace is pragmatism. Our members are encouraged to study all aspects of an issue or problem and embrace the solution that seems to best conform with our first principle, regardless of its place in any kind of political or ideological framework. Extreme ideologies (on both ends of the political spectrum), dogma, and political parties are actively rejected as they are the antithesis of this principle.

Politics are a distraction from our goals. Our goal is to create a brotherhood of men outside of the dominant societal framework of polarization. Politics as it exists today only divides us. As an organization - we do not involve ourselves in national political matters of any country or endorse any political campaigns. We do not specifically censor our members from any kind of discussion, but we believe that political debates are generally counter-productive and should be avoided in SWT open forums or events.

We believe that men and women as a gender are neither good nor bad. We avoid characterizing anything or anyone as “good” or “bad. The true situation is often more nuanced. We believe that the “toxic” traits exhibited by each gender are the result of weak individuals. We seek to do our part as evolving men to heal societal gender wounds by identifying and adjusting behaviors stemming from weakness within ourselves and embodying a strong, loving, masculine energy.

As loving men, our love extends to all human beings, and that certainly includes women. We believe that our role as strong men is to support women in their own complementary journeys to embrace the strengths of their feminine nature, not to demean or control them.

We do that by being the best men we can be, not by belittling or insulting women. Angry behavior towards women stems from male weakness, insecurity, and unhealed wounds. Petty and spiteful behavior is associated with the toxic feminine. We are above that.

With that said, we also do not pander to women nor shy away from identifying and calling out toxic female (as well as male) behavior. We simply do it from a place of respect and love, not a place of anger. The intention matters as much as the words.

We are all human beings and at the end of the day. We all bleed the same blood, sweat the same sweat, and shit the same shit. Nobody is inherently superior or inferior. What makes one man superior to another man is his mindset.

Membership is not granted automatically. All potential members will be evaluated based on their fit with our principles and their willingness + ability to contribute positively to our community.

All potential members will be required to submit an initial application and undergo at least one video interview.

Requirements and suitability for membership are ultimately up to the discretion of current members. Membership in our community is only for those who have the drive and desire to become an elite man, it is not for everybody.

Making mistakes is fine. It’s a necessary part of life and learning. However, we do not tolerate those who make excuses. Many things are out of our control, but we believe that we all have the power to decide how we react to our current situation and to make the best of it. Victim mentalities are a sign of extreme weakness and will not be tolerated. If you disagree that’s ok, but you’re not ready to join us.

One of our main purposes is to facilitate resources, training, and connections for our members to allow them to grow and thrive as both individuals and as a community. True holistic strength is also having the ability to identify, recognize, and take responsibility for weaknesses or moments of weakness - then evaluate and take the necessary steps to address them.

We do it because that is what makes us stronger and hence, more capable of protecting our planet, loved ones, and community.

We believe that the title of man is a title that is earned, not assigned. It can be earned by anybody who wishes to earn it, regardless of their sex at birth or their sexual orientation. Our doors are open to any man who identifies as such and strives to embody our principles.

1. Our mission is to safeguard the survival and well-being of planet Earth and the human species by building a community of strong, capable, and loving men.

2. We are inherently and forever a not-for-profit organization.

3. The legitimacy of our leadership comes from earning and maintaining the respect of those who willingly follow.

4. We refuse to conform to a unified social or political ideology. The only “-ism” we embrace is pragmatism.

5. We wholeheartedly reject the sexist notion of characterizing individuals based on their gender and therefore reject any idea that men are inherently flawed or more disposed to “bad” behavior.

6. We are NOT an anti-woman organization and we do not tolerate any misogynistic nor misandrist discourse.

7. Every member is to be treated with respect as an equal regardless of their financial resources, background, social media following, etc.

8. We focus on quality of membership over quantity.

9. We seek members who are able to accept responsibility for their life, actions, and decisions.

10. We celebrate the importance of lifelong learning and self-improvement.

11. We regularly seek physical and mental discomfort.

12. We are a community for a new generation of men.
